Graduated in Biological Sciences (1991), MSc (1994) and Ph.D. in Ecology (1998) at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). I am currently a Professor at the Department of Biodiversity at UNESP in Rio Claro, with interests in tropical ecology, particularly (i) animal-plant interactions involving frugivory and seed dispersal, and (ii) the ecology and behavior of birds.
